Rithmic after first time signing in not loading charts only showing current informations.

Hello, i started Sierra Chart, connected my Datafeed Rithmic and this is showing.

I used a direct account and purchased Package 5 because via AMP package 5 data didnt load. Now its also not loading only today. See picture. Regarding to AMP i should contact you.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

It sadly didnt helped but i reinstalled SC and then it worked.by the way im at AMP. When i use advanced Package Via AMP would Rithmic also work or does it need to be via own account?

It was unnecessary to do this. If there was still a problem we would have asked for the Message Log and see what was the issue.

You need to have a direct account when using Rithmic for the historical data support.
