I'm a Paid member and I can't access any of the tools in the chart study. I'm trying to set up the footprint chart which is what brought here to This platform. Please I never used the trial because it was very hard to figure out how to even get to the charts now I'm a paid customer and I don't have access to what I want. Please help. This has been a long exhausting few weeks trying to set this up. Please I want to be able to be able to apply this to my trading next week..

Wouldn't it be better to describe what specifically doesn't work for you? What studies? What do you have a problem with at the technical or user level? What are the log errors? Attach as a "private" your chart for SC support?
