Everything was working fine but this morning, nothing happens when I click the price ladder to place an order.

This is a CQG message, so you should ask your broker or CQG about it.

For what its worth, it appears that you put in a Good Till date that is on the weekend when the exchange is closed, therefore it would not be possible to cancel the order at that time. Hence the reason for the rejection.
