Removing old symbols in the trade activity log

Trade Activity log over time will collect a lot of old symbols of course. I was wondering if I can remove these symbols from the drop down list by simply deleting older trade activity log files, such as from months before? or is there another way I could do it?

I tried using the method in the link above to remove data for a symbol on all accounts, however it does not remove the symbol from the dropdown box. How can I remove symbols?

If you restart Sierra Chart and you still see the symbol listed it means there are still Trade Activity records that use that symbol.

didn't work for me.. I tried the edit|clear method and restarting but the symbol still is in the combobox... there are no records when I hit apply but the old symbol is still listed in the combobox. So then I tried another method... I went and delete all files older than october in the TradeActivityLog folder (while sierra was closed of course). Then I restarted and The dropdown box still contains all these old symbols.. that have old month codes in them like H or M Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-10-30 20:09:54
