CQG web api via amp cant connect

SO i'm just starting with AMP futures and signed up with CQG. It works out on cqg desktop but i can't seem to connect to cqg data on sierra.

it says CQG webapi (not enabled on package). i thought package 3 was free with amp

Your Sierra Chart account is expired.

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:
