Hi,
My name is Khalil. I am having trouble connecting to my FXCM live trading (standard) account. I keep getting the "Trade account not assigned" error. Could someone please describe how i can connect to use the charting features? Thank you and looking forward to your prompt reply.

We are not supporting new FXCM live trading accounts to be used with that service.

You do have access to FXCM market data for charting. To access this data, follow the instructions on this page:
