Is there an issue with the tick size / decimal places in the T4 symbol settings for this contract?

The chart shows 1124.4, 1 decimal place, which is correct. Yesterdays high should therefore be equal to 1116.8
However, my code is returning 111680 (and plotting a line there, which does not display on the chart scaled at a 100x smaller range).

I have a custom study which runs on intraday charts and references historical daily charts in order to overlay N day highs/lows on the intraday charts. I know there was some work done recently to ensure that the same symbol appeared to the user for using historical vs intraday charts even when the historical data was coming from a different source.

I run this study on other markets with decimals (eg. currencies) and the code shows the decimals correctly. I therefore assume a symbol settings issue with this symbol root, but am happy to be corrected.

Thanks.

Update: historical daily charts now have glitch where last price comes in at e.g. 11270.0 however OHLC for previous day is in form of 112700 resulting in the current daily bar being some 100,000 ticks from H to L.

Appears to be similar issue to 1063 nq mapping

We see no problems with this. The Symbol Settings are correct. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings

The Symbol that you see in Chart >> Chart Settings should be the standard CTS T4 symbol.

Updating the symbol settings has not resolved the issue.

And did you Apply the Symbol Settings to the chart after updating them? We are quite sure the settings are correct.

Steps I have followed:
Update Symbol Settings
Full Reset of Symbol Settings
Update Chart Settings
Delete all data and download on affected symbol.

Issue persists.

What happens when you open a new chart through File >> Find Symbol?

We opened the chart for that symbol on the CTS live server in this is what we got:
http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1392314348272.png

It looks correct.
Another thing to check are the multipliers through Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2.

Update: We think we know why there could potentially be a problem. We are checking on this.

Under advanced settings 2, the real time price multiplier is set to 0.01
Changing this to 1 fixes the issue.
Thank you.

The Historical Data multiplier needs to be set to .01.

The Historical Data multiplier needs to be set to .01.
Setting this brings back the issue on historical daily charts.

If both the Historical and Real-time Price multipliers are set to .01, then price data should be correct. This is what we have set now on the chart.

Anyway, we have located the source of why this problem can occur sometimes and it will be resolved in the next release.
