I cant get my 5m spy chart to refresh/update intraday data from the open. Whenever I try "edit/refresh intraday data" or "refresh all data for symbol" which prompts me to "confirm deletion of data for spy", I get falure message and the chart starts all over building from current bar. What do I need to do to get the full day of intraday pricing from the open and previous days of intraday data? TIA

We see you are running a very old version of Sierra Chart. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

After the update and then after you open the chart, go to the chart and then select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

This is probably because Internet Explorer is set to work off-line. Refer to the documentation for this here:

Thx guys but I haven't used IE in years, I use google chrome and that is not set to "work offline." Any other suggestions? TIA

Start Internet Explorer on your system and set it to not Work Offline. Unfortunately, the with the way Microsoft has designed their operating system, there is a dependency on it.
