trading window problem

I am using sierra real time quotes thru transact. Trade window prices are not configured correctly market order only can be placed Price drop down box shows correct prices however fill price is not configured correctly and profit and loss is not shown correctly. |

zsh4 trade @ 13.3100 shows as .1331 in fill box. list of limit prices are correct @ 13.3100
