Hey ,
When I want to open my chartbook I get an error message.
Even when I'm going to the backup folder there are no files there.
Attaching the chartbook file to you may be able to figure out what the problem is.

I'll be glad to receive your help . Thanks

That chartbook doesn't have anything useful in it, unfortunately. If you can find a backup, you will need to use it, or you will need to create a new Chartbook.

We are very confused about why you do not have any Backups. Make sure you are looking in the correct directory, it will be under the main Sierra Chart installation folder and is called Backups.

Another possibility is that your drive is full. Check to make sure that you have some drive space left.

Let us know what you find.
