hi, i have problem with silver in interactive brokers. i use SI-201403-NYMEX-USD-5000 (as you recommended me last time) but there is some problem. the price is changing, it is ok, but the bars are not drawing. thanks for your help ps: the same problem i can see in ZS-201403-ECBOT Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-02-11 14:33:43

i am not able to find out what is wrong but if i use (and i use it) record true real-time intraday data it does not work wor symbols SI and ZS. if i do not use record true real-time intraday data the chart is updating correctly.

Therefore, we recommend disabling Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> More IB Settings >>Record True Real-Time Data in Intraday Charts. After disabling this option select File >> Disconnect and then Connect to Data Feed.
