hello i paid for real time data exchange feed for up to 125 symbols on nasdaq and s&p but cannot get real time updates on symbols that I have chart books on such as apple and tesla can you all please let me know how I can update this on my chartbooks so i can have real time updates

You have enabled the following exchanges: - S&P Indices - NASDAQ Indices These are Indices for those exchanges and not the equities themselves. For the equities you need to enable the U.S. Equities exchange. You can access the exchange list here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#Exchanges Note that we cannot issue refunds for activated exchanges. Once selected we have to pay for the access to the exchanges themselves for the data for the month. When you deactivate an exchange you will still have access through the rest of the month, but it will not automatically renew next month. Ok thank you so technically for real time updates on stocks such as apple, Tesla, zoom, Boeing etc I would not need the nasdaq and s&p exchanges but instead only the U.S. equities exchanges?

You do not need the S&P Indices or Nasdaq Indices (note the word "Indices"). You just need the U.S. Equities exchange for the actual stock prices. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
