Remove the Numbers Bars study and ensure that you are able to see the Main Price Graph data correctly.

I did it. No go.... It is odd. I took latest SC update and it didn't work. I took original charts and reloaded it. No go...

We see that you are using Rithmic. Was this a recent change? Did you go through the process of updating the Rithmic Bridge files?

Refer to the information here to see if this may be why you are having trouble getting the data:

Then you need to start with a new chart and make sure you are getting the data. Just open a single chart for a known symbol and see if you are getting the data.

You need to be on the Sierra Chart Advanced Service Package to use the Numbers Bars study. Follow the instructions below:

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

This worked yesterday before the MS update. Why would I need to buy anything additional? I see the chart moving but just can't see the numbers of bids/offers.

First of all, the MS update doesn't have anything to do with this.

Second, the Numbers Bars should never have been working for you since you have always been on Package 3. Unless you are doing an evaluation of the Advanced package which came to an end.

You can see the list of the differences in the packages here:

So the MS update and the end of the evaluation period was a coincidence. Dang! I activated the advanced package. Thank you so much!!!
