I had the problem while using the latest version 2179. Loading of historical data also took a really long time. Downgraded to 2159, and the problem is gone.

I have the same problem, just updated from 2168 to 2179 before

I also had to downgrade, back to 2168, runs without issues. On 2179 I did not get a single RT stock price, server permanently disconnecting in message log and also had no Delay(DD) indicator on any stock chart

Confirmed this worked. Thank you. SC Eng- something wrong with the latest release and SC realtime feed. Denali feed works though.

The issue relates to data compression. Set Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> Use Real-time Data Compression to No. Press OK. We will also be putting out a new release.
