All symbols in my data base are receiving real time quotes except NG spreads even after updating to the latest version. I received a red banner in the chart window saying "something had failed". Please respond ASAP As I have several positions in these instruments.

SC IS TELLING ME THAT THE SYMBOL "NGX20-NGZ20.FUT_SPREAD.NYMEX" IS NOT FOUND FOR CURRENT SERVICE.

Switching from SC data to CQG and back seems to have "awaken" the SC data feed. However it's gone Dormant again and I'm receiving the message that the NGX20-NGZ20.FUT_SPREAD.NYMEX is not found in SC data service

Guys are you looking into this issue. It's clear that SC doesn't recognize the symbol and CQG does but it should not. Upon repetition of switching Data feeds I can replicate the symbol going live and than back to dormant under SC data services. Please attend to this ASAP the market is very active!!

Not only did I previously follow those instructions, but I just followed the EDIT>TRANSLATE SYMBOLS TO CURRENT DATA FEED". The "symbol not found" banner does not appear, but the symbol "NGX20-NGZ20.FUT_SPREAD.NYMEX" is still "DORMANT".

disconnecting and re connecting to the Data feed updates the chart but the NGX20-NGZ20.FUT_SPREAD.NYMEX is still "DORMANT", not real time.
