Hello SC team,
I have read:
SierraChart 64 bit to download
Memory
you suggest:
If memory use needs to exceed 3 GB, then you are better off by installing additional copies of Sierra Chart
My question, how can I run Spreadsheet calculations for a particular period? Let's say for 2012.11.01-2012.11.30..
Today I have 60000 bars in my intraday chart and when I want to see results of my system at the beginning of chart, I specify 60k rows to calculate. CLR version does this, but very slow. nonCLR version, when runs calculations for 14k rows consumes 1.5GB RAM (in my case), then it hangs on around 18k having 3GB and at last it terminates when reaches around 3.5GB RAM. So in my case, basically I can't use nonCLR seriously due the single process RAM limitation, which is <4GB, unless will be a possibility to run calculation for particular period, in this case several copies of SC could do a hatched job...

could you please comment on this?

The memory use is just too high by the non-CLR spreadsheets and we have to look into it. It should not be so high.
