Issue logging into sierra chart

I recently joined Sierra charts and working to set it up. I want to set up two Sierra charts for one TWS INTERACTIVE BROKERS DATA FEED ACCOUNT.

Sierra Charts software works well when I am on the same computer with TWS but second Sierra on my laptop, does not connect. I looked at your website for help on the issue, and found that you said to put my user and password into Data/Trade Service Settings but when I input Interactive Brokers(trading) into the Service Setting, I do not see such boxes where I can input my user and password for TWS, these box entries seem to be missing in the service settings scroll down. So I tried to put my user and password in the DTC- Sub Instance as both Username and Password boxes are available in the service specific settings there, still it does not work and second Sierra on my laptop is not connecting. Also I would like to add that I used separate Instance client IDs for each Sierra connection (different numbers) and for my laptop I used and internal IP address. As the button in TWS for allow local is unchecked. Can you please advice on what to do and how to fix so that my second Sierra Charts on my laptop is able to connect.

I looked at your website for help on the issue, and found that you said to put my user and password into Data/Trade Service Settings
Where did you see this? The username is no longer used when connecting to Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation. So wherever this is mentioned it needs to be removed but we cannot find where this is.

So you are trying to connect to Trader Workstation which is running on a different computer than where Sierra Chart is installed? Not sure we can help with that. Although in general you will want to make sure that firewalls on the computers and network are just not blocking the connection.

There was a link in Sierra for user and password that I so, it is still up, I have to look for it but I will post it when I find it again.

Sierra website also states in its connection info for IB TWS which looks to be current info on how to connect to the data feed, that you can run multiple Sierra charts and are Allowed to connect to TWS from separate computer. Is this NOT TRUE any longer?? I am confused. Please Clarify.

Yes this is supported, but the connectivity issue is something that you will need to resolve on your side.

We can confirm if it is a connectivity issue if you provide the Message Log after you try to connect. Instructions:

No it is not. I have Trader Workstation on one computer with Sierra working very well and I am trying to hook up second Sierra to the same Trader Workstation on separate computer, and that Sierra is not connecting, the one on separate computer.

Allow connection from localhost only is Uchecked on TWS and i have put in my internal IP address for the Trusted IPs in TWS, its still not connecting.

In the Global settings> Data/Trade Service Settings>> Server Address I have changed the Server Address and Port to TWS and Sierra is not connecting. I have also tried to input into Server Address and Port TWS 127.0.0.1:7496 because you said to leave port number the same, its still not connecting. I must not be understanding you clearly.

So currently my settings are: Global Settings> Data/Trade Service Settings>> Service is set to Interactive Brokers(trading) and in the scroll down, Server Address and Port is set to TWS and Sierra is not connecting. I am not sure what to do with the port number or where to input it? Please clarify for me.

I got it, THANK YOU! I INPUTED THE INTERNAL IP ON THE COMPUTER TWS IS RUNNING ON INTO SERVER ADDRESS AND PORT AND IT WORKED, SECOND SIERRA IS UP AND RUNNING. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL THE HELP!
