For the past week now I will spend hours adjusting studies in my chartbooks, then I will press my hotkey to save cbook. I will even go under file, save all. Just to make sure all of my time is not wasted, since this is not the first time this has happened recently. Has been happening on and off for a week now!! I unfortunately had to open an account with AMP clearing firm so I could get live data without spending an ARM & a leg. Using TT FIX, Could that be why my Chartbooks and studies are not saving properly? It seems it will revert back to the time before, not erase everything. I have about 6 months of daily use into Sierra charts.

Try looking in the Backups folder in your Sierrachart folder. Maybe you'll find a more up-to-date version of your charts there than you have now
