Historic Chart Error

HI I began using the SC real time data feed today in conjunction with my trading feed from CQG. When I try to open a historic chart, I only have data from today with nothing from any previous time period. Further, I cannot do any continuous futures chart with volume rollovers. I HAVE SENT MY ERROR LOG via the "Send for Analysis" option |

About the Historical Daily Charts, this was an oversight. We are correcting this now. We will make a posting here when done. Should not take more than 15 minutes. Great thanks No for the continuous futures chart I was still talking about historic so I think once the historic issue is resolved, my rollover issue will be solved as well. |

Further - I am not able to intraday charts for spreads. I am looking at February - April Live Cattle contracts

The necessary Symbol Settings for Historical Daily charts are now set up. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings After that is done you need to reopen the Historical charts through File >> Find Symbol. We are not sure about futures contracts spread support for CQG. That does get complicated and currently it is not supported. So you want to trade spreads?
