I repeatedly receive the following or similar messages when I log in.

The Denali Exchange Data Feed has been canceled on your account due to Insufficient balance to activate service. A balance of at least 51.2 USD is required for {myname} to pay for all required services. My Complaints:

~ The links in the messages are always broken.
~ I've paid hundreds of dollars and to make these messages go away and they don't. I've only been a customer for about 6 weeks.
~ Is there an auto subscribe/account renewal I can setup?
~ Why do I have to constantly subscribe to the Denali package. Why isn't my selection saved?

1. The links aren't broken, per se, but we see that it is not selecting the entire hyperlink in the selection for some reason. We will look into this.

2. You can always look at where your funds have gone by looking at your Transaction Log and Payment Receipts. There is a link for this on the Control Panel page for your account. You can also access it by selecting the following link and then logging in with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password:

When you do this, you will see that you are being billed for your Order Routing Fees, which can add up. This is a variable amount and is something you will have to pay attention to in order to make sure that you have enough funds in your account when the services go to renew.

3. Your Service Package and Data Feed are setup to auto-renew, unless you specifically disable these. You just have to ensure that you have enough funds in your account to cover the cost when these renew. Refer to the information here:

We do not have an automatic deduction directly from your credit card. We require that you add funds.

4. Your selection is saved, as stated above, the data feed is not getting renewed due to a lack of funds, which is caused by the Order Fill Fees. Just make sure you have enough funds in your account and you will be fine.

Note that on the on control panel, there is a "Hide" button. This message was generated at the start of the month, and was set to expire on 2020-10-11. At any time you could have hidden it by pressing the hide button.

We did find an issue with some of the links, and this has been resolved.

The data feed is cancelled when the is not enough credit on the Services Balance to renew it. To avoid cancellation, please make sure that your Services Balance have sufficient credit before the start of a the new month.

Note that your account has the "Order Fill Billing", which would use up your Services Balance credit as your trade.
