session time wont save, always defaults back to one i dont want, how to change? pic..

hello i want my session time to stay at 01:00:00, everytime i bring up a new ticker, it switches to 9:30 and i have to change it everytime to get my premarket data. how do i change this permanantely? its extremely frustrating and i know theres a solution that im not seeing, and yes im changing it and saving all so i believe im doing it right, shuldnt be difficult
