Installation MacBook Pro on Windows 10 using Parallels

I am trying to install ver 2163 on a Macbook Pro using Parallels on Windows 10. Unfortunately it will not install. I use to have a much older version and decided to delete it and start over. Can you point me in the right direction here. I've attached the latest log on a unsuccessful attempt. Thank you.

I'm running 2163 on Macbook Pro using Parallels on Windows 10 so I know it's possible. Good luck!

Yes I use to run an older version. I'm not doubting it will work. Just trying to figure why it's not installing. Oh BTW- I've disabled any Anti-Virus or Malware software on this install.
