Hi, I just upgraded from 3 to 5 and was expecting to pay the $10 difference, instead you charged me 36 on top of the 26 I already paid.

Can you refund me the difference or at least at it to my credit balance.

You did not pay any additional amount for the change from Package 3 to Package 5. When you make this change, we just adjust the end date of your current subscription.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

The $36.00 payment you made went into your account, but is still available as your Services Balance. In other words, you have not been charged for this yet.
