Good morning - I am running into an issues with my RENKO chart settings trying to convert from 4-1-1 to 3-3-9. It is auto reverting to 3-0-0 any time I try and put in the request. I have a friend who has no problem running a chart with the 3-3-9 setting and am wondering if it is because of an overlay or some other setting. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1601037442889.png |

For a Flex Renko chart, the Trend Offset and Reversal Offset cannot be greater than the Bar Size. This is why they are being reset to 0. Refer to the information for these settings here: Renko Bar Charts: Flex Renko In terms of why this works for your friend, the only thing we can think is that he may be running an Inverse Flex Renko chart, which does not have these restrictions.
