Flatten button cancelled bracket but not position

Hi There, I was trading the Micros today and when I wanted to get out of my position, I hit the flatten button but it only cancelled my bracket (Stop loss and take profit orders) but not my position. This happened two times today. Could you please check what the issue is. I don't want to have that again! Thank you! Kind regards, S |
