When I try to downlaod the current version it does not let me. I am running version 2141 with no problems. When I try to download the current version I get the pop-up message telling me the installer program has been downloaded and telling me Sierra needs to be closed, Yes/No. If I select Yes then I get the message asking, "Save all." Yes/No. If I select Yes then Sierra closes. In watching the Log file before Sierra closes I see a message "The request for the installer program MDS has been made." date/time follows. After Sierra closes nothing happens. What do I need to do to download and update to the current version? Thanx - John |

Go to the following link and select the button for Download Sierra Chart. This will download the Installer program and run the Installer by itself. You can use it to update your installation. Just be sure that the Installation Path at the top of the Installer is set to the location of your Sierra Chart Installation (typically this is done automatically when you run the installer through the software).
