Data service problem

hi, my sierra does not connect to the rithmic data service. maybe i have the wrong log in data for sierra?


i can log in the T|Rithmic trader platform but i got no connection in sierra with the same data

The first thing to do is to ensure that you have the updated Bridge files in the RIM folder under the Sierra Chart installation folder. You can get these files along with the instructions in this Support Board post:
