Hi Support So currently I have the account with your company. I wonder if I can connect my account to another account which is not open in "My name" on AMP broker which she use DATA FEED from CQG. Thank you so much Or if it doesn't work that way. Is there anyway I can transfer the money that i just put in this account to another person account. Thank you. |

If you are wanting to use Sierra Chart under your name but connect to another person's CQG data and trading account, then this can be done just entering the proper credentials in Sierra Chart for CQG. The primary issue you will run into, however, is whether CQG will allow data to be sent to two different computers at the same time. There are restrictions on this by the CME Group and other exchanges, so this is probably where you will have a problem. In terms of Sierra Chart, refer to the information here for connecting to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service It also would not matter if you are using Sierra Chart under the same Account Name, as you would still be accessing CQG to two different computers. But, if you still want to transfer your funds to another Sierra Chart account, then just start an Account Support Ticket from the account that you want to move the money out of and let us know the account that you want to move the money too.
