Cannot delete active GC trade in Sim account

I am unable to remove an active order in my sim account on GC - see attached pic how can i cancel and flatten the order please? |

Go to Chart #1 which should be the GC chart, given what is shown in your image, then select Trade >> Open Trade Window for Chart and then select the Flatten button on that window. The other thing you can do is to go to the Trade Activity Log and find the fill for that trade and select it and then select Edit >> Delete Trade Activity Entry, if you want to delete it.
