This new setting has recently been added to "General Settings"/"General 4". Appreciated!
I'm running version 2170. I tested this variable set on 1,2,3,4, and 5 seconds:

1. "New Low" still times out only after 30 seconds no matter what the setting is.

2. "New High" seems to time out between 3 to 5 seconds even when I have it set to 1 seconds. I can assure you that it is not related to hardware or bandwidth.
