hi i paod for the software of 26 and denali feed plus 20 and 3.25 for the cme market yesterday which totals 49.25. Firstly can you verify this and secondly when do i have to renew

You are currently set to renew for Package 3 and you have enabled the Denali Exchange Data Feed with the Full CME Group for Non-Professionals exchange. So you are all good there. The Sierra Chart software renews on a 31 day process. Right now, you are still finishing up your Trial time and you will renew on September 18, 2020. At that time the $26.00 will be taken from your account for Package 3. The data feed works on a calendar month process. So that will renew on the 1st of each month. You can always see the status of your account from the Account Control Panel on our website. You can access it by going to https://www.sierrachart.com and logging in with your Account Name and Password, then selecting Support >> Account Control Panel.
