freeze windows in chartbook

is it possible to somehow fixate/freeze windows in the chartbook, so when I open chartbook on another PC with different display resolution, windows would be of same size relative to display? otherwise, given the fact that transferring drawings between chartbooks is not possible, i have to spend quiet some time readjusting everything after copying chartbook to higher res workstation

There is no way to do what you are asking in terms of keeping a window the same size relative to the monitor resolution. But, you can copy drawings between chartbooks.
