Hi. I seem to be missing data here and there (yes I use GAIN and I know you dislike them but please answer anyway) on the new ES and NQ contracts. To fix that someone suggested I hit "delete all data and download" which only made things worse and now I have almost no data. My 60 min and 512 tick charts now only contain data back to 9/15 for Z20 and used to go way past that. I can't tell from the Sierra instructions which option under "Edit" will fix my problem. Please tell me how to fix - reload all data. Please see pics attached. Thank you.

You need to change to the Advanced service package:
To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

There is a notice about this when you do run Sierra Chart. You can view it with Help >> Open System Message in Browser.

After changing to the Advanced Service Package do the following:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
