Why is the full bid x ask not showing in the candle in the image attached??

Dear Sierra Chart

I have used your software for more than a week and I am in love with it. Today after loading the chart I could see that there were huge gaps in the candle where the full bid x ask was not showing.
Please help me understand the problem and why this is happening!
