My charts keep loading up Decembers futures contracts. It wont let me change it to September. Keeps wanting me to click to rollover but when i do it still brings me back to Decembers

If you want to continue to use the September contract, then load the September contract symbol and when it tells you that it needs to be rolled over, do NOT select the option to rollover. After a minute or so, the message will go away and the September contract data will be displayed.

Hello,

I cannot get rid of the rollover message. Moreover, it wants to rollover to the current contract.
I deleted all intraday and daily data files. Redownload completed. Restart of Sierra done.
Still no change. Yellow bulb is on.
Any idea?

First, it is time for the rollover, so if you want to rollover, then when you get that Futures Rollover Window, just select the December contract from the pulldown list on the right. Refer to the information here:

If you do not want to rollover, then just ignore the message that it is time for a rollover. The message will go away after a couple of minutes.

Previously, the next contact was automatically selected as I remember, but not sure.
True, I can pick it.

But the message don't disappear. I watched it through all day 😄

We are not sure why the rollover pulldown is not automatically showing the next contract. We will be looking into that.

We will have to look into why the yellow bar is not disappearing for you. We will run some tests on our end and see if we can reproduce this. It should go away.
