it always tries to dl from ds23.. i thought it would try to cycle after a reconnection cycle but it doesnt...

This is not related but we want you to restart Sierra Chart.

We have looked into this. And it is clear, that an ISP somewhere has a problem and there is no connectivity to the historical data servers from your location. We verified that the servers are functioning correctly:

ok, thank you. its working again.

however, i did several restarts before, even installed a previous version...

anyway, maybe it was a coincidence.
