Hello,

I have a brokerage account with Infinity Futures/TransAct. Today, trades were taken in my Sierra Chart account and they show up in the trade activity log under Non-Sim, but my account statement from TransAct shows no activity.

- I have my Trading System Based on Alert set to send to Send Orders To Trade Service.
- Trade Simulation Is Off.
- Auto Trading is enabled for Global and Chart.
- Data/Trade Service is connected and set to Live
- The chart trade window has my Transact account selected.

Is there anything else I should check or am missing to have the orders route through TransAct?

Thanks for your help.

Based upon what you are saying, those orders should definitely have been live. Look at the Trade Account field in the Trade Activity Log. Is it an account identifier that does not begin with [sim]?

Thanks for your reply.
The trade account field shows my TransAct account number and does not show SIM.

Do you see in the ActivityType column, "Fills". If so, those are real live trades.

It says Fills. I’ll have to check with TransAct tomorrow morning since my account statement on their side lists no activity etc. I will follow up with what I hear.

Thanks again.

You will also see a ServiceOrderID column. Give them those order IDs you see for the fills.

I talked with TransAct this morning. My Trades this morning went through, but nothing did for yesterday.
I didn't change anything on my charts or settings except that I switched from the September to the December contract.

One thing I noticed on the trade activity log for yesterday, under column Fill Execution Service ID, each trade lists: "F-Simex-NUMBERS" (NUMBERS being different numbers for each order). TransAct did not know what F-Simex is. Does that represent SIM?

The Fill Execution Service ID for the trades that went through today list something different (mostly just numbers). Do you know what could have made trades process today but not yesterday?

Secondly, I do not have chart trade mode on. Does it need to be on? (It was not on this morning yet trades went through).

Thanks again.

Simex
We think this means simulated exchange and they should know because that is their own code.

If you saw that identifier, then definitely you were at the time connected to the Transact trade simulation server.
