Need Chart and Dom to reflect the mode I am in

Hello Sierra,
I could use a call to resolve this issue once and for all.
I have an issue where my chart is in Simm but my dom only shows my live account.

I would like both the dom and the chart to reflect the mode I am in either live or simm for both the dom and the chart.

Can you advise on how this can be corrected. I can be reached at 970-963-1819. This issue has existed for over a month now.
