Extra bars on chart

I am having this issue for last week when on 3 min charts I get few extra bars sometime as shown in first capture with arrows, capture 2 is when I right click on chart and click on delete and download data. My computer time is synced. This has to do with out of order timestamps from the ICE exchange. We have contacted TransAct about this and they are checking with the ICE about this, so we can understand why this is happening.
