AMP broker + Sierra Chart setup

Hello, I recently signed up for Sierra Chart and also funded AMP for the first time. AMP sent me a Live Trading Request Form to fill out but I want to make sure I'm not signing up for the same thing twice and getting charged by AMP and Sierra Chart. I've paid for Denali Exchange Data Feed for SC Routing Service via Sierra Chart but I see an option on the AMP form to select the data feed as well. Does this mean I'll be paying AMP $20 as well as Sierra Chart for the same data feed? Also, they have the options below for AMP 'Live Trading Setup', Is this something I should choose via AMP or Sierra Chart. I want to have routing/data feed and everything straight via Sierra Chart and not through AMP. Is Sierra Chart able to set up things with AMP or what steps should I take?
