cqg and Denali issue

Hi You knidly switched me over to your Denali feed and everything was rosey til yesterday when CQG suddly stopped my account. I need that data to get live data on my TradingView charts. I have always had the live data plus the ability to trade from Sierra previously but suddenly they say I do not have a funded account at amp. Has this issue arisen because of the switch to Denali? Do I need to reapply for a trading account with amp aas they suggest and risk paying for Denali Plus the CME package? Appreciate your help. Thanks Andy |

The problem is that you were switched over to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with Data from CQG. As such, you no longer have access to the CQG data that was going to TradingView. We see you have a TT trading account, still assigned to your Sierra Chart account . So you are saying you no longer have a funded account at AMP? Hi again. I did as you said change to Denali but all my colleagues who have also switched still have access to live Tradiing View Data. and they are not set up any differently to me. This is an example of what they are telling me "OK but AMP is a CQG powered broker and you have an amp live acccount which you trade thro the link set up by sierra to that account and so according to trading view you have access to TV charts because you have a live AMP account . I think sierra have stuffed you up . TV verification every month I just enter my UN PW that I was given when I set up my AMP acct" Could you please look into this a little more please. We really do not have any understanding or control regarding CQG and Trading View. You can use either CQG, or the Denali data feed for market data. It is up to you.
