I was removed from NFA swaps, but I found out I still have the s31 with NFA... am I considered a professional because of this? Even though, this is just for my small retail personal account? I’m a new retail trader like the next guy. Doesn’t seem to make sense to me to get tagged with those fees as a retail trader. None of this is for professional use whatsoever.
