I don't know what's going on. I used it at 9 am CST, but when I tried to logon at 3 pm CST, it shows me that "You have exhausted number of logons allowed per day". And I have talk with my broker, they told me that "you will need to contact sierra because they enabled your account not us".

The only thing we can do is point you to the following documentation we have for a message similar to what you are getting:

But that is a CQG message and not from Sierra Chart. Therefore, in the end you will need to contact your broker to find out what is happening with your CQG connection. We did not setup your CQG connection, your broker did, and we do not understand their statement that "...they enabled your account not us".
