I need to mark Sup/Res manually because there are too many variables for me to formulate an indicator.

I also cant use an extended Rectangle on the higher TF because it will always interfere with subsequent bars. Its important to me to have those zones for 10+ bars visible at the same time.

So the only solution i can think of is mark those areas for each single bar and then stretch them over as an area over the lower time frame. But i dont know how. Drawing a non-extending rectangle for a single bar could work but isnt possible either afaik.

So is there a workaround?

Do you just need to transfer the rectangle from a higher TF to a lower one?

Look:
Copy Chart Drawings from Chart #'s
Chart Settings: Copy Chart Drawings from Chart #'s (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Drawings menu)

Hello Ackin,

that only works for extended rectangles which i cant use, because they overlap with each consecutive bar/ rectangle. Normal rectangles cant be drawn for a SINGLE BAR in the higher timeframe. Lines can be copied they way you suggest. But cant be changed in style to a rectangle which would mark the HTP bar's area for a lower timeframe, lets say Daily Sup/Res zone stretched over 23 hourly bars.

hmmm .... You're right the Daily rectangle is a problem ... otherwise it works well ... I don't know, maybe another way to specify those conditions for drawing a zone. Are they really that complicated?

Right now i have no time for the coding. Its a whole new chapter for me. I would need weeks or even months to get it done right and SC may be able to offer a solution in notime.

Lets see, what they write.
