Hello,

I just logged in yesterday after several days, and saw that the SC platform is not getting connected to my data feed. Can you let me know what is the issue ?

The problem is your Sierra Chart account is expired.

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

You can also go to this page in your browser:

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update" button.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:

I thought it was set to auto renew thru the credit card placed initially. Can someone help set it up so that it auto renews and charges the redit card until I cancel it ?

There is no automatic billing supported through a credit card.

You need to manually add credit:

Add enough credit for several months.
