ServiceCode is missing error trying to get historical data

After I send a historical data request to DTC server I get error message "{"Type":802,"RequestID":30,"RejectText":"ServiceCode is missing.","RejectReasonCode":4,"RetryTimeInSeconds":0}" In sierra chart log I see "HD Server | HD Request #4 | Socket: 7 | Symbol: AMZN | ServiceCode: | RecordInterval: 0 | Records Served: 0 | ClientRequestID: 4 | Username: xxxx. | Thread:5368 | 2020-08-21 19:46:19.373" It looks like sierra chart is not setting ServiceCode when it calls to its server? I tried an older version (2079) (I was using 2156) and it does not have the issue.
