Problems Installing the Software

                Hi, I'm having problems installing the software onto my laptop (Windows 10 Home operating system). I get the following error message in the Sierra Chart Installer; "Error: Windows error code 3: The system cannot find the path specified" Note: I also sent the log to support regarding this issue.                 The Installer Log shows the following: Failed to create folder: C:\SierraChart\DownloadedInstallationFiles\ACS_Source\. Windows error code 5: Access is denied.
