Migrating to Sierra Charts/Denali from Rithmic

Hi, I am asking this question here according to the "a question about the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed relating to billing or activations" clause in the guidance warning at the top of the support ticket page. I would like to use Sierra Charts/Denali for data instead of my current data vendor of Rithmic. My futures account is at AMP Futures. I am not a professional trader. I know that I would like to have the CME Market Depth bundle (CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX). I would also like FOREX as well as CBOE Indices data. Can you please let me know the total cost from the Sierra Charts side as to what this will cost? Also, do I have to provision this via sierrachart.com first, then notify AMP via https://clients.ampfutures.com/live-trading-setup-request ? Is there a way to pay for the data fees directly versus having the money debited from an account? Thanks in advance, Andy |

We assume that you mean that you will be using the Sierra Chart Order Routing, in which case the following would be your fees in USD per month for your data: - Denali Exchange Data Feed: $20.00 - Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals: $31.20 - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for 150 symbols: $25.00 - CBOE Indices: $5.25 Total: $81.45 Note that you would need both the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the CBOE Indices. The Forex data is included with Package 5 that you are on already. The first thing you will want to do is let AMP know that you want to switch to the Sierra Chart Order Routing, and they will get that process started. You have the option of paying for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Order Routing Fees through AMP, or directly through us. But, the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed needs to be paid through us. AMP is not setup to manage that data feed. You will just need to let AMP know which way you want to pay, so they can have your account with us setup properly.
