SC switches to a different app when I add a custom study

I am developing a custom study and compiling locally with VS. Everything works fine but there is a strange and annoying behavior that I cannot account for. When I add the study (clicking on Add Custom Study), Windows switches to a different application and I have to go back to SC (using ALT-TAB, for example) to see the Add Study dialog. Everything works fine from there on. When I send my DLL to a colleague who is testing the study, the same happens to him. Any idea what could be causing this behavior? Thanks. |

This is a system specific issue. It is not Sierra Chart doing this at all. That is with certainty.

Thanks for the answer. I found the problem: my initialization code does a system(command) to perform some initial cleanup operation and that is what causes the app window to change. Solved. |
