Connection Problems

I am new to Sierra and just downloaded and paid for it couple of days ago.
After I signed all the agreements my account was connected(green)
Today it is disconnected(red).
It first shows-pending and then disconnected.
When I was trying to download it again-it shows downloaded with Error-32.
Any advise?
